Do not press the pipette during collection of the blood drop. THIS IS A COMMON MISTAKE. One needs to press the pipette only when dispensing the blood onto the cassette adjacent to the blood drop image.
This happens if the Cube reader reads a different region other than the test line in the cassette. One needs to insert the cassette into the cassette adapter such that the “Test4D” logo on the cassette stays towards the left hole of the cassette adapter
Check the proper installation of the batteries. The cube reader uses 3 lithium button cells (CR2032) as power source. Place three batteries with the ‘+’ sign up. The battery compartment cover needs to be closed using a coin, turning it clockwise. Press the operating button to switch on the reader.
It is an indication of exhausted batteries. Replace batteries.
